Ashley Hjalseth Interview

So I just had my interview with Ashley Hjalseth, a Senior in the Design Department at Cornish =)

The entire experience have been very informative, relaxed and eye opening! Not only did I get interesting information from her, she also gave me advice about my own work and about how students could get internships etc.

We had a really fun talk. Spent an hour (maybe more) in the library chatting away =) It felt more like a casual talk between us rather than an interview =) I also got a lot of people recommendations and references for my research!

I wonder if she realized how nervous I was since it's my first official interview with someone I did not know beforehand.

Thank GOD for Facebook. Seriously. I regard it as one of the best ways to ask people questions. Really.

A (re-)NEW START + Survey

So I decided to scrap everything and start anew. And since my answer to how much I know was "Nothing."....

I don't know if the questions are too general, complicated, long, pointless or just plain sucky... But I made a survey. This is all I'm going to think about. 1 inch frame. <-- That should be my 2nd motto in life.

Now to send it to many many design faculty... 

I hope they don't just ignore it, or find it annoying and delete it...

Or I hope when I get to digital class later today, my teacher won't point me out of the class and go "Oh! you're the girl who sent that super long online survey!"... then put me on her 'list'. Her mental list of un-favourite people.

No, I'm just joking. But I do hope they actually reply it..

Cause if not, I'm going to mentally self-destruct for a few days.

The reason I posted this was because I have a feeling Chris reads everyone's personal blogs.
